What you'll do:
- Follow recipes with care and focus on creating large batch sauces, dressings, marinades etc
- Use your creativity to make mouth-watering weekly rotating soups
- Work closely with the Kitchen Manager to create enticing weekly food features
- Lead your TeeM of Prep Cooks and put together balanced lists of daily tasks
- Work alongside the Kitchen Manager to manage inventory and ordering
- Train and engage new employees
- Promote MeeT’s culture of compassion, inclusivity, and fun with enthusiasm and pride.

- Resourceful and well-organized with a sense of urgency
- Has an attention to detail and ability to follow recipes
- Looks to help everyone around them grow
- Works effectively independently and in a team environment
- Able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
- Strong interpersonal and troubleshooting skills
- Remains calm, maintains perspective, and responds in a professional manner when faced with tough situations
- Must be able to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Able to stand for up to 10 hours
- Minimum 2 years kitchen prep experience
- 1-year kitchen leadership experience
