Job Description
Providing exceptional customer service to Midland clientele by supporting the Multi Family sales team with timely fulfillment of inventory.
o Ensuring Builder master purchase orders are submitted with adequate lead time along with delivery forecast
o Submitting updated forecast schedules for Multi Family projects to suppliers.
o Ensuring all PO’s are placed at contract quoted cost and communicating to MF Sales team of expiration dates.
o Communication of back orders to the MF Sales teams and advising eta’s
o Collaborate with suppliers and the Project Coordinators to ensure on-time delivery is met.
o Allocating/Re-allocating inventory for projects
o Identifying MF projects that are not shipping as per forecast and requesting updated forecasts from MF Sales teams
o Identify orphaned inventory that are no longer required for a MF project and communicate to Purchasing Mgr and Supply Chain Mgr.
o Communication of transitioning models to the MF Sales teams and identifying projects that may be affected
o Reviewing model transitions and revising PO’s and forecasts accordingly
o Assist in identifying inventory discrepancies, shortages and surplus
o Work closely with Accounts Payable to reconcile invoice cost discrepancies.
o Attend Monthly MF Sales Team Forecast meetings and provide timely information of issues, transitions, backorders, supplier lead times.
o Verifying PO’s, qty’s and models for supplier receiving appts.
o Communication with Logistics team on incoming inventory to ensure capacity limits are not exceeded.
o Reviewing projected sales to determine what needs to be brought in for suppliers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
